hi Friends!

If infidelity and divorce have changed your life in ways you never expected, you’re not alone. You may feel hurt, confused, exhausted, or unsure of what comes next. You may have prayed for healing and wondered why the pain still feels so heavy. What you’re feeling is real, and it makes sense.

I wrote Redeeming the Post-Affair Divorce because I’ve walked this road myself. As a therapist and a woman of faith, I never expected to face both betrayal and divorce. This book is about honest healing, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually, when reconciliation isn’t possible. It offers understanding, guidance, and hope for rebuilding your life and restoring your faith, one step at a time.

about the book

Redeeming the Post-Affair Divorce

I never imagined I would be writing this book.

For over 30 years, I helped couples heal after infidelity. I believed in reconciliation. I believed in restoration. But when an affair and an unwanted divorce destroyed my own marriage, everything I thought I knew about healing was tested. I didn’t just lose my husband, I lost my sense of safety, identity, and direction. I faced the deep trauma of betrayal, followed by the shame and grief of abandonment. As both a therapist and a woman of faith, I found myself asking questions I never expected to ask, and fighting pain I never expected to feel.

Redeeming the Post-Affair Divorce was born from that place.

This book is for those who were betrayed and left behind. For those who never wanted a divorce. For those whose faith was shaken and whose hearts were broken. I call this experience Betrandonment, the compounded trauma of being both betrayed and abandoned.

Here, I walk with you through the wreckage, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. I don’t offer quick fixes or shallow hope. I offer truth, clarity, and a path toward real healing. Step by step, this book helps you reclaim your worth, restore your faith, and believe again that God is not finished with your story.

Even when a marriage cannot be saved, a life still can be redeemed.
